Indie films almost always hit the mark and The Automatic Hate is no exception. It is a deep and thought-provoking family drama that explores the taboos and awkward moments that exist within dysfunctional families. Young actor Joseph Cross (Lincoln, Milk) anchors the film which is written, directed, and produced by Justin Lerner (Girlfriend, The Replacement Child).
